Instructions

Pour the chia seeds, milk and maple syrup or honey (if using) into a jar. Stir well to combine. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Stir again to break up any clumps of chia seeds. Refrigerate for 30 minutes (or overnight) to allow the pudding to set. The chia seeds will absorb the milk and should be nice and thick. Thicken the pudding by adding an additional tablespoon of chia seeds if needed (set for a further 30 minutes prior to serving). Top with your desired toppings before serving for maximum freshness.
