Sweet Potato Pie Recipe
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degree. Place your sweet potatoes in the oven and cook for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes remove them from the oven and set them aside for 10 minutes to cool. After 10 minutes peel away the skin then place them in your mixing bowl. Add your butter (melted) to the mixing bowl then mix until well combined. Add the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, salt, nutmeg and flour to your mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Transfer the pie filling to your pies then place your pies in the oven that has been preheated to 350 degree and bake for one hour. After one hour remove them from the oven and place them on a wire rack to cool before serving.
