Instructions

Wash and dry your peaches. Place the peaches in a large bowl then add the lemon juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cornstarch. Mix until well combined and all of the peach wedges have been coated. Spread the peaches in a baking dish then transfer the coated peaches to your baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. To make the crust, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix until well combined. Add the cold butter then using a pastry blender or fork, cut your butter into the flour mixture. Add the warm water and continue cutting until blended. Sprinkle brown sugar on top, then return your cobbler to the oven and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
