Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix spices and brown sugar in a bowl. Pat pork chops dry, brush with olive oil, and season both sides. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, flip, then bake another 15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F. Rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
