Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, brown sugar and cinnamon. In another smaller bowl whisk together egg, milk and apple. Pour apple mixture into flour mixture and mix all ingredients just until combined. Scoop pancake batter onto a lightly greased pan over medium heat and cook for approximately 2 minutes each side. Or use a griddle over medium heat. Serve with maple syrup.
