Cashew Crunch Salad with Sesame Dressing

Instructions
Shake the dressing ingredients up in a jar until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt or mayo (if using) and shake again until smooth. YUM. Toss all the salad ingredients together. Drizzle with dressing and serve!
